My client is a global leader in hemostasis diagnostics, and this is their national expert for middleware, connectivity, and cybersecurity across the portfolio. You are the technical backbone of their digital ecosystem, shaping how every customer gets connected and secured.

What you'll be doing
- Leading middleware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across ASTM/HL7 interfaces
- Authoring and optimizing expert rules that outperform LIS-native engines
- Serving as the national Tier-2 escalation point for connectivity and rule issues
- Partnering with the cybersecurity team on risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Building playbooks and training internal teams on Tier-1 support
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Hands-on middleware experience in a clinical laboratory or IVD vendor setting
- Fluency in HL7/ASTM, network configuration, virtualization, and database structures
- Able to travel up to 60%, including occasional international trips
