Senior Lead Superintendent – Ground Up Construction

You’re a true builder.
\n
\n
You’ve taken multiple buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and enjoy working on big projects.
\n
\n
Leading a 64-story ground up residential project in Manhattan is well within your wheelhouse.
\n
\n
We need a DOB Licensed Super with a proven track record for taking at least 20+ story projects out of the ground.
\n
\n
Once this Manhattan based project is finished, you’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx.
\n
\n
Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, affordable housing and office-to-resi conversions.
\n
\n

About you:

- Active NYC DOB Superintendents License
- Proven experience taking buildings out of the ground, minimum 20 stories and above
- Significant experience working on multifamily/ mixed use ground-up construction projects from start to finish in NYC
