Job Description

Network hardware and software support, to include audio, video, custom software as well as Trouble shooting network devices such as routers, servers etc.. Also training of customer personnel on systems purchased from IIS. Repair, testing, and installation of the video, audio, and radiation monitoring products provided by IIS. Identify new equipment that possibly could help our customers at Commercial Nuclear Power Plants perform their jobs safer and more efficiently. Develop relationships with our customer base that allows IIS to optimize and grow their support capability across the industry. Maintain IIS inhouse network and firewall to support IIS sales and support activities. .
