Pay: $27.49/hr + Overtime (1.5x Pay)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

We're hiring Weld Specialists, MIG Welders, Production Welders, and Manufacturing Welders to support a fast-paced production environment in Redmond, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with MIG welding experience who enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality welds in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and weldments
- Load and unload parts into welding fixtures and workstations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Verify weld size, length, and quality to meet specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed weldments using measurements and quality standards
- Arrange and fit parts according to drawings, fixtures, and layouts
- Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or technical welding school training
- Ability to pass a welding skills assessment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow welding specifications
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a production manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Experience with steel welding
- Manufacturing or production welding experience
- Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprint layouts
- Experience working with quality standards and continuous improvement processes

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Welders work in designated weld cells and can expect to stand, walk, kneel, and perform physical work throughout 10-hour shifts. Safety is a top priority, and all required welding PPE is provided except steel-toe boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.49 - $27.49/hr.
