Job Description

Architect / Design-Build Project Manager

We are seeking an Architect to lead design and preconstruction for commercial design-build projects, with the ability to manage projects through construction.

Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural design drawings, permit sets, and construction documents.
Lead preconstruction, including design development, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
Work with clients, estimators, consultants, and subcontractors to develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
Manage construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, changes, and project closeout.

Qualifications:

Degree in architecture; architectural licensure required.
Experience in commercial design, preconstruction, and construction project management.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, budgets, and schedules.
Ability to lead projects from initial design through completion.
