\n
A $1 billion manufacturing facility delivered in 18 months. Two acquisitions. A growing US business preparing for its next wave of major projects.
\n
\n
This is an opportunity to bring your scheduling and cost-control expertise into a business where you can influence how projects are planned and delivered as the team grows.
\n
\n
Established in the US two years ago, the business is backed by an international engineering group with more than 6,500 employees across 65 offices worldwide. It combines the pace of a young US operation with the technical resources of a global organization.
\n
\n
Global Engineering Talent supported the initial US scale-up and has now been retained for its second stage of growth, following two acquisitions.
\n
\n
With further work from an existing manufacturing client and opportunities across oil and gas, data centers and advanced manufacturing, the team needs clear, reliable project controls to support both bids and execution.
\n
\n
Your role
\n
You will connect schedule, cost and progress information so that project teams can make informed decisions, from early proposals through delivery.
\n
\n
There is scope to help establish consistent working practices as the business expands, alongside hands-on responsibility for project planning and reporting.
\n
\n
You will:
\n
- \n
- Develop complex Primavera P6 schedules, including resource and cost loading.
- Establish work breakdown structures linking schedules, estimates and cost information.
- Build baselines and track changes as projects develop.
- Work with cost management colleagues on forecasts, estimate-at-completion and earned-value reporting.
- Test scenarios and explain the consequences of changes to project teams and clients.
- Support bids and proposals with credible programme information.
- Contribute to estimating and contractor bid reviews according to your experience.

\n
What we’re looking for
\n
You will bring at least five years of relevant experience, strong hands-on Primavera P6 capability and a practical understanding of industrial construction or design-build projects.
\n
\n
Your background could be with an EPC/EPCM business, engineering consultancy, contractor or owner organization. What matters is your ability to build robust schedules, understand cost implications and communicate what the numbers mean for delivery.
\n
\n
Strong scheduling and cost-control candidates are encouraged to apply even if estimating is not their main discipline. The scope can be shaped around the right person’s strengths.
\n
\n
Package and location
\n
- \n
- $135,000–$175,000 base salary; no bonus attached.
- Medical, dental and vision insurance options, with eligible dependent coverage.
- HSA-compatible medical plan option, virtual care and wellness programs.
- Relocation support negotiable for the right candidate.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Benefits are subject to eligibility, employee contributions and plan terms.
\n
\n
Denver is preferred, with Houston or Tulsa also considered. Working arrangements offer flexibility, with the majority of non-travel time spent in the office. Travel will depend on project requirements.
\n
\n
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
