Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support second-shift manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, works independently with minimal supervision, and is committed to maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to maximize production uptime.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including presses, welders, lift trucks, spray paint systems, HVAC equipment, power tools, and basic plumbing systems.
- Install, relocate, modify, and maintain production equipment while performing maintenance-related welding as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to diagnose and complete repairs.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on AC/DC systems while following applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, company policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a two-year apprenticeship or equivalent journeyman-level experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, or related skilled trade preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Experience performing industrial maintenance welding with a strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently, safely perform work at elevated heights when required, and provide the hand tools necessary to perform the job.
Employment Type & Compensation
- Full-Time | Direct Hire position
- Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
