Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls professional with a background in project scheduling, cost control, estimating, engineering, or construction.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
\n

- Review engineering drawings, contract specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and performance reporting.
- Utilize Primavera P6, CPM/PDM scheduling, estimating tools, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Industry Experience:
\n
Experience in railroad, transit, urban infrastructure, public works, or capital construction projects, particularly involving track, signals, power, communications, structures, or Positive Train Control (PTC).
