Conviso Inc is hiring Customer Support Lead, this is a Remote set-up position. The Ideal Candidate will be holding Active DOD Secret Clearance and holds PMP certification.

Certification: IAT Level III (DoD 8570/8140); active PMP (or equivalent)
\n
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
\n
Clearance: Active Secret; willing and able to upgrade to TS with SCI eligibility (T5 investigation)

Responsibilities:

- Minimum 10 years managing large, complex IT infrastructure and service delivery projects.
- Minimum 10 years as PM in a DoD/DOW environment overseeing multiple IT service areas, including expert-level ITIL/ITSM and/or SAFe experience.
- Managing hands-on technical teams/service desk operations, ITIL 4/ISO 20000-1:2018
