Our Fortune 500 client located in New York, NY is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that support business operations and customer-facing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Analyze business requirements and assist in developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform capabilities.
- Support integrations with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality controls.
- Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and release deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and support materials.
- Assist with Salesforce platform upgrades, enhancements, and environment management activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support as needed.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment processes.

Qualifications
\n
Required
\n
- \n
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL.
- Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.
- Understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
