Required Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field.
- Four years of related professional experience may substitute for the required degree.
- Seven years of direct hands-on experience with installing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise systems in a large, multi-user and multi-application environment.
- Significant experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and principles.
- Experience with physical and virtual server environments, including Windows, RedHat Linux, VMWare, 0365, and Cloud.
- Experience With ticket-based Service Desk software system.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, Cloud technologies, System monitoring/alerting, performance tuning, and resource optimization.
