Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and machinery. Perform routine tasks like replacing light bulbs, lubricating parts, and changing HVAC filters to prevent costly downtime.
Address immediate maintenance requests. This often involves being on-call for after-hours or weekend emergencies depending on the facility.
Track completed work orders using Maintenance Management System. Monitor supply inventory and order replacement parts as needed.
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines
