Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator, Infrastructure Solutions to support planning, execution, and reporting activities for infrastructure-related projects in Anderson, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position will work closely with internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders to keep schedules organized, documentation current, and project communication clear. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, comfort with reporting tools, and the ability to manage logistics, production, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities by tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up items across infrastructure initiatives.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, logs, status updates, and supporting records to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
• Create routine and ad hoc reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to monitor performance, timelines, costs, and key project indicators.
• Communicate with customers, stakeholders, engineering teams, and operational partners to share updates, resolve questions, and support project alignment.
• Support planning efforts by organizing meetings, capturing action items, and helping teams stay on track with established project processes.
• Assist with logistics related to production, shipping, construction, and resource coordination to help projects move forward efficiently.
• Enter and manage relevant information in ERP and CRM systems while maintaining data accuracy and consistency across records.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and financial support activities by compiling data, reviewing trends, and assisting with ad hoc analysis as needed.• Experience supporting projects in coordination, project management, or project administration roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage documentation, maintain logs, and produce accurate status and KPI reports.
• Familiarity with planning processes, scheduling, and task tracking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for data entry, record maintenance, and operational coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, shipping, or production environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism.
