We are seeking an experienced Vice President of IT to lead technology strategy, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and AI initiatives for a growing organization.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a technology executive who can align IT strategy with business objectives while building scalable, secure, and innovative technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the organization’s overall IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Develop and implement AI strategy and identify opportunities to leverage AI across the organization
- Evaluate and deploy AI tools, platforms, and automation to improve business efficiency
- Lead digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Oversee IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments
- Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Establish IT policies, processes, governance, and technology best practices
- Lead major technology projects and organizational change
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications:
\n

- Proven senior-level IT leadership experience
- Experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and operations
- Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, or strategically utilizing AI technologies
- Understanding of AI tools, automation, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging technology trends
- Experience identifying practical AI use cases and driving adoption across an organization
- Strong experience managing and developing IT teams
- Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary
- Experience in a growing, complex, or fast-paced organization preferred
