Job Description Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong experience with electrical, hydraulic, and industrial maintenance systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to 6-S practices, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety requirements, wear proper PPE, maintain safe work practices, and support OSHA-compliant documentation.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment, machines, tools, and facility systems to support reliable daily operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain predictive and routine maintenance programs to ensure required machine performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machines promptly, documenting work completed and corrective actions taken.
- Fabricate, weld, machine, or modify items as needed to support production and facility needs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and plant team members while maintaining cleanliness, 6-S standards, and respectful teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related maintenance or equipment repair role.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility environment preferred.
- Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machines
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, CNC equipment, fabrication, welding, and machining.
- Hands-on familiarity with stick welding techniques and related shop practices.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 am – 1:30 pm or until 3:30 (overtime)
- Occasional Saturdays 6-8 hours overtime available
Compensation:
- $58,540.00 - $66,560.00 per year, based on experience
