• Jira – release planning, tracking, workflows, and coordination

• GECX (Gemini Enterprise) – preferably within Contact Center / IVR environments

• Chalk – release/deployment management experience
\n
• GitLab – CI/CD and deployment/release processes
\n
\n
Secondary (Good to Have):
\n
• Contact Center / IVR technology experience
\n
• CI/CD and DevOps environments
\n
\n
POSITION OVERVIEW
\n
Seeking a mid-level Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee application and platform releases into production. This role is heavily focused on overnight maintenance windows, requiring strong coordination, risk management, communication, and adherence to release controls.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate release readiness, approvals, dependencies, and implementation plans.
- Lead and coordinate overnight maintenance windows.
- Serve as the central point of contact during production deployments.
