<ul>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of grinding machines.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Proficiency with precision measurement instruments.</li>
<li>Knowledge of abrasives, wheel types, and grinding procedures.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.</li>
<li>Set up and operate grinding or polishing machines (surface, cylindrical, centerless, CNC)</li>
<li>Select, mount, balance, and dress grinding wheels based on specifications.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&amp;T requirements.</li>
<li>Perform inprocess and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and comparators.</li>
</ul>
