About the Role:
APIS MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC/ KEYSTONE RESIDENTIAL LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in property management while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to residents and property owners alike.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations
- Assist with leasing activities including showings, applications, and lease signings
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently
- Process rent payments, track delinquencies, and assist with collections and eviction procedures
- Maintain accurate tenant records, files, and property management software data
- Conduct property inspections and assist with move-in/move-out processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Able to work Saturdays as required
