• Are you comfortable creating and managing an annual maintenance budget?
• Can you steward facility systems—building, utilities, and grounds—alongside production assets?

Role snapshot

Lead from the floor, not the sidelines. Partner with operations leadership, protect uptime, and make safety and quality non-negotiable. Your influence will be felt across equipment reliability, team development, and facility performance.

Experience and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance on industrial machinery.
• 3+ years supervising a maintenance team.
• Strong communication abilities; proficient with common computer applications and maintenance tools.
• Exposure to industrial production equipment is a significant advantage.
