ValCorp is seeking a Program Manager / On-Site Lead to oversee vehicle maintenance support for the 801st RED HORSE Training Squadron. This full-time position leads a seven-person team and is responsible for daily contract operations, fleet readiness, staffing, safety, quality, reporting, and coordination with Government personnel. Candidates should have management experience in fleet maintenance, vehicle operations, logistics, or a related federal support environment.
