About the Role
The Community Manager is responsible for the full performance of the community — financials, occupancy, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and asset presentation. You will lead with confidence, set high standards, and ensure the property operates with the sophistication expected of a luxury brand.
What You’ll Lead
- Full operational oversight of a high‐end, luxury apartment community
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high‐performing onsite team
- Driving occupancy, revenue growth, and retention
- Ensuring hospitality‐level service and presentation standards
- Managing financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
- Partnering corporate leadership on strategy
- Maintaining compliance, risk management, and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years as a successful Property Manager
- Strong leadership presence — confident, decisive, and team‐focused
- Proven ability to increase occupancy and improve performance
- High emotional intelligence and polished communication skills
- Experience with luxury or Class A communities strongly preferred
- Ability to manage complex operations with professionalism and grace
- A leader who sets the tone, raises the bar, and delivers results
