Maintenance Technician | Henderson, NV

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving facility equipment, machinery, and building systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production equipment operates efficiently while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial maintenance, electrical diagnostics, preventative maintenance programs, HVAC systems, plumbing, and facility upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics on industrial machinery.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, overhead doors, dock equipment, and building infrastructure.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Assist with facility safety initiatives, inspections, and OSHA compliance efforts.
- Support equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications.
- Coordinate repair activities with other departments and outside vendors when necessary.
- Monitor maintenance inventories, tools, spare parts, and supplies.
- Perform general facility upkeep and janitorial duties as needed.
- Ensure equipment remains safe, operational, and production-ready.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility environment.
- Strong experience with electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and facility maintenance.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance programs.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Ability to read and maintain repair and maintenance records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred:
- Vocational training or certification in maintenance, electrical systems, industrial technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting manufacturing and production equipment.
- Knowledge of maintenance inventory control and spare parts management.

Pay
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Highly qualified candidates may be considered for up to $25.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full Time | Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
(30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks)
Occasional Fridays may be required based on production needs.
