We are looking for a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in your area!

Key Responsibilities

  • Unit Turns: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including painting, drywall repair, and basic fixture upgrades.
  • Work Orders: Complete daily service requests for residents (plumbing leaks, electrical issues, appliance repairs, etc.).
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems, water heaters, and common areas to prevent future issues.
  • Curb Appeal: Assist in keeping the grounds, leasing office, and amenities (pool, gym, laundry) clean and functional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in residential property maintenance or a related trade (hotel, hospital, or school maintenance).
  • Technical Skills: * (EPA Certification is a plus!).
    • Proficiency in plumbing (snaking drains, replacing faucets).
    • Basic electrical skills (swapping outlets, light fixtures).
    • Experience with painting and drywall repairs
    • The ability to install and service common household appliances.
  • Customer Service: A friendly, professional attitude while on site.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
  • Reliability: Dependable transportation and communication skills are required.
