Role: Summit/Symphony Al Platform Consultant

Location: Tampa, FL-Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Hands-on Summit / Symphony Al platform professional responsible for platform administration, configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing support. Acts as the functional and technical SME, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Symphony Al Summit platform.

• Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions.

• Manage workflows, dashboards, reports, and user access.

• Support integrations, data management, and platform enhancements. Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• Experience with Symphony Al Summit platform.

• Strong platform administration and configuration skills. Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data management.

• Ability to work across functional and technical teams. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
