\nPosition Responsibilities\n
\nPerform residential and commercial maintenance, repair, and improvement projects \n
\nSafely operate hand and power tools\n
\nTransport tools and materials to job sites \n
\nTroubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions\n
\nCommunicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers \n
\nMaintain organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment\n
\nLearn new skills and continue developing existing ones \n
\nAssist with remodeling, specialty construction, and custom projects as needed\n
\nComplete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality \n
\nMinimum Requirements\n
\nMust be 18 years of age or older\n
\nFluent in reading, writing, and speaking English\n
\nValid driver's license\n
\nReliable transportation capable of transporting tools and materials\n
\nClean criminal background\n
\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening \n
\nAbility to pass a background check\n
\nNo illegal drug use or alcohol abuse\n
\nPhysically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, bending, and working outdoors in Florida conditions\n
\nStrong work ethic and dependable attendance \n
\nHigh capacity for learning and applying new skills\n
\nAbility to work independently when necessary \n
\nPreferred Qualifications\n
\nExperience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, handyman services, or a skilled trade\n
\nKnowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, electrical, or finish work\n
\nStrong organizational skills\n
\nProblem-solving mindset\n
\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\n
\nAvailability for occasional weekend work or on-call service is a plus\n
