Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing industrial manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Project Controls Cost Lead to support large-scale capital projects at a new advanced manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. This role will lead project cost controls, forecasting, financial reporting, and collaboration across project management, finance, accounting, and contractor teams for a greenfield build.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Lead project cost control and financial planning for capital projects
  • \n

  • Develop and maintain project forecasts, budgets, and weekly cost reports
  • \n

  • Partner with project managers, contractors, finance, and accounting teams
  • \n

  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, accruals, and disbursement projections
  • \n

  • Monitor project performance through KPIs, earned value analysis, and dashboards
  • \n

  • Administer cost management systems and ensure ERP reconciliation
  • \n

  • Support capital appropriation requests and purchasing activity
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of project cost controls experience on medium to large industrial capital projects
  • \n

  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • \n

  • Proven ability to forecast contractor costs and collaborate with finance/accounting
  • \n

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
  • \n

  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, schedule-driven project environments
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
  • \n

  • Experience with Ares Prism, Hexagon EcoSys, or similar cost management platforms
  • \n

  • Background in mining, heavy industrial/manufacturing, oil & gas, telecom, or semiconductor industries
  • \n
