Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing industrial manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Project Controls Cost Lead to support large-scale capital projects at a new advanced manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. This role will lead project cost controls, forecasting, financial reporting, and collaboration across project management, finance, accounting, and contractor teams for a greenfield build.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project cost control and financial planning for capital projects
- Develop and maintain project forecasts, budgets, and weekly cost reports
- Partner with project managers, contractors, finance, and accounting teams
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, accruals, and disbursement projections
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, earned value analysis, and dashboards
- Administer cost management systems and ensure ERP reconciliation
- Support capital appropriation requests and purchasing activity

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of project cost controls experience on medium to large industrial capital projects
- Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proven ability to forecast contractor costs and collaborate with finance/accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, schedule-driven project environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
- Experience with Ares Prism, Hexagon EcoSys, or similar cost management platforms
- Background in mining, heavy industrial/manufacturing, oil & gas, telecom, or semiconductor industries
