We're Hiring: Commercial Real Estate Sales Assistant (Full-Time – San Clemente)
Join the dynamic Johnston Pacific Commercial Real Estate team in beautiful San Clemente! We’re looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our busy Commercial Real Estate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research & property data gathering
- In-person and phone cold calling of prospects
- Email Marketing and phone follow-up
- Listing campaign support
- General administrative and commercial real estate sales support
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Polished, articulate & professional
- Be reliable, be accurate, be organized, be able to follow directions
- Real estate license a plus (but not required)
What We Offer:
- Salary range $55,000-$60,000 + bonus opportunities
