The International Management Team is a new management Company looking for individuals to help provide professional and high-quality experience that exceeds guest’s expectations.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Resort Maintenance Tech on the south end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to help upkeep the Resort. Our Maintenance Tech will be doing a variety of different tasks and needs to be experienced in their field.


We are not looking for a contract worker; we are looking for someone to join our team as an employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand how to multitask and prioritize projects

  • Assist with interior and exterior resort operations

  • Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on the property, equipment, and fixtures

  • Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a secure environment

  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the roof, pool areas, and HVAC equipment

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed

  • Service and repair landscaping equipment

  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the maintenance shop

  • Perform drywall installation and finishing work as needed

  • Utilize painting skills for finishing and touch-up tasks


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with maintenance required

  • Collaboration, communication, and listening skills

  • Time management and organization to keep track of all daily duties

  • Experience operating handheld power tools safely

  • Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing

  • Experience working in a resort or hotel



Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour - Depending on Experience


Job Type: Full-Time


Schedule: Flexible
