Position Summary\n

The IT Project Technician is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering client technology projects for Logic Speak. This position supports organizational growth and client satisfaction by ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

\n

The role oversees project planning, implementation, communication, documentation, and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, technical teams, account management, vendors, and other stakeholders, the IT Project Technician ensures successful deployment of technology solutions while maintaining a high standard of service and project execution.

\n

This position balances project management, technical implementation oversight, client communication, and operational coordination to drive positive outcomes for both clients and the organization.

  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

2. Implementation & Solution DeploymentPrimary Responsibilities\n

  • Oversee implementation of IT infrastructure, cloud, software, hardware, networking, and related technology solutions.

  • Coordinate installation, configuration, migration, and deployment activities.

  • Ensure implementation activities follow established standards and client requirements.

  • Validate completed work through testing and quality assurance processes.
  • \n

  • Verify functionality, performance, and user readiness prior to project completion.

3. Client Communication & Project SupportPrimary Responsibilities\n

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.
