We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help keep our facilities, equipment, and systems operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you will perform a variety of preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance tasks while supporting a clean, organized, and well-functioning work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues
- Complete basic repairs such as replacing parts, fixing fixtures, and adjusting equipment
- Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and ongoing maintenance needs
- Support general facility upkeep, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized service is needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while completing assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, mechanical repair, or a related field
- Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and common building systems
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine practical repair solutions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry repair work
- Experience using maintenance management systems or work order software
- Relevant certifications or technical training a plus
