Pay: $24.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team in Fort Collins, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience completing apartment turns, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and performing repairs related to appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns in preparation for new move-ins.
- Diagnose and repair household appliances.
- Perform plumbing repairs including faucets, disposals, drains, toilets, and water leaks.
- Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
- Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of appliance repair and troubleshooting.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to complete apartment turns efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
