Machine Operator / Manufacturing Associate – 4-Day Workweek
$22.00–$23.50/hr | Monday–Thursday | 1st & 2nd Shift
Ready for a new machine operation opportunity with a 4-day workweek and 3-day weekends? We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Candidates must have previous machine operation experience. Experience with composites, fiberglass, carbon fiber, resin systems, or similar materials is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Perform machine start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment and make minor adjustments or repairs
- Monitor machines to ensure consistent production and product quality
- Perform quality inspections and separate nonconforming products
- Complete hourly production and quality reports
- Record equipment downtime and identify causes
- Work with composite materials and resin systems
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe production area
What You Need
- 1–3 years of machine operation or related manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong hand-tool knowledge
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work safely and independently in a production environment
- Composite, fiberglass, carbon fiber, resin, layup, trim, press, or consolidator experience is strongly preferred
- No high school diploma required
