The Basics
<ul>

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift.
</li>
<li>
On-Call: Shared rotation with the maintenance team.
</li>
<li>
Duties: Handle routine repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
</li>
</ul>

What You Need
<ul>
<li>
Experience: Some maintenance or construction experience is required.
</li>
<li>
Skills: Ability to work independently with training and help solve problems efficiently.
</li>
<li>
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "get it done" attitude.
</li>
