- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications.
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build responsive and high-performing front-end applications using React.js.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Participate in release planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
