Are you an experienced Affordable Housing leader ready to make an impact?


Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a community that includes HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Market Rate housing. This position requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, customer service, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.


We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience.
  • Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • HUD regulations
    • LIHTC compliance
    • EIV
    • MOR audits
    • REAC inspections
    • Federal Fair Housing requirements
  • Proven experience leading and developing successful onsite teams.
  • Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management experience.
  • Experience with resident recertifications, compliance, and annual renewals.
  • Proficiency with Yardi is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

What Celtic Property Management Has to Offer

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$74,880 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses. This is a full-time, exempt salaried position.
