Apartment Maintenance / Flip Technician

Job DescriptionWe are looking for qualified, responsible, and reliable candidates for apartment maintenance. Preparing units to be rented. MUST have experience in flipping apartments and be able to rotate on-call duties. MUST have a valid drivers license and a vehicle, candidates without vehicle need not apply. Candidates will have the ability to transition through many tasks a day, at several different properties throughout the Greeley area. Duties include but are not limited to: painting, caulking, installing flooring, light plumbing, drywall repair, etc. Candidate should have experience or similar related experience or willingness to learn. Must be able to work as a team and bring the best performance to every task. General handyman tools recommended.
