Join a bioanalytical team supporting drug discovery and development through hands-on analytical activities. The role focuses on LC-MS/MS, wet-lab sample preparation, method development, data analysis, and generation of high-quality project results.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Conduct LC-MS/MS bioanalytical activities with minimal supervision.
- Perform wet-lab sample preparation and cleanup for drug analysis.
- Develop and implement project-specific bioanalytical methods.
- Process and interpret data; generate results, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate across functions and communicate project progress and results.
- Support training and direction of junior staff as needed.

Qualifications
\n

- PhD Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, or a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of LC-MS/MS and sample preparation/cleanup.
- Experience with bioanalytical method development and implementation.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate technical results effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

- Estimated hourly range: $60–$68/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
