Job Description
Provide primarily imaging, deployment, and ticket-based technical support for corporate office employees using Windows desktops and laptops. Support Microsoft Intune and Autopilot environments while resolving user issues efficiently and maintaining accurate system documentation and asset records.
Responsibilities
- Image and deploy Windows desktops and laptops using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Resolve desktop support tickets for corporate office employees.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Install and configure software on supported devices.
- Configure Windows desktops and laptops for user needs.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system changes.
- Track hardware and other technology assets accurately.
