We’re currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our vacation rental properties in top-notch condition.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician with Blue Swell, you’ll be traveling between vacation rental properties along the beach, tackling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Your day-to-day will include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, furniture, doors, locks, and fixtures—essentially anything that needs fixing in a home or condo. You’ll work independently to manage multiple work orders, solve problems quickly, and ensure our properties are in excellent condition for homeowners and guests. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same!
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades who is reliable, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- A positive attitude and dedication to providing quality work.
Salary
Pay for this position is based on experience and skill level.
