PACT Construction is looking for a high-performing Project Director who understands insurance restoration claims and how to restore properties, knows how to take control of a claim from day one, and has the confidence to guide customers, carriers, project managers and stakeholders through the entire process.

What You'll Do
- Take ownership of insurance restoration and reconstruction opportunities from first contact through completion by overseeing project managers and communicating with customers and adjusters.
- Build relationships with property managers, commercial clients, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
- Utilize insurance knowledge to navigate claims, identify opportunities, and maximize project success.
- Lead projects with confidence, urgency, and accountability.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining communication, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in insurance claims, restoration, reconstruction, construction sales, adjusting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims and the restoration process.
- Confidence in sales conversations and the ability to ask for the business.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional who takes complete ownership of their results.
