Commercial Cleaning Team Member – Evening Shift
Green Commercial Cleaning Company | Exeter & New Hampshire Seacoast
Pay: $20–$23 per hour to start, depending on experience
Are you dependable, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding green commercial cleaning company? We’re looking for a reliable team member to join our team, cleaning professional office spaces throughout the Exeter and New Hampshire Seacoast area.
We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys being part of a team. Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
Position Details
- Schedule: Evening and overnight shifts, generally between 6:00 PM and midnight
- Location: Exeter and the New Hampshire Seacoast area
- Starting Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
- Paid Travel: Travel between job sites is paid
- Training: Hands-on training provided, with a pay increase after successful completion of training
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial office spaces to a high standard
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal
- Use green cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Work independently while following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Communicate professionally with management and team members
- Maintain a dependable schedule and take pride in delivering quality results
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Leadership or management experience is a major plus!
