<p>Essential Functions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Practice safe work habits while performing maintenance duties (i.e. proficient with lockout tagout protocol)</li>
<li>Repair and maintain machinery and equipment</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Repair electrical equipment and perform basic wiring</li>
<li>Install and adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments</li>
<li>Clean, repair or replace defective parts</li>
<li>Install and program automated machinery</li>
<li>Welding and fabrication of equipment</li>
<li>Must work well independently and in a team</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated</li>
<li>Assist with grounds maintenance</li>
</ul>
<p>Ideal candidates will have maintenance experience, possess a high level of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.&nbsp; Heavy lifting required.&nbsp;</p>
