What You’ll Do
- Identify and recruit healthcare providers within the TMaH region to participate in maternal health initiatives
- Conduct outreach to engage providers and community partners in program activities
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, providers, and stakeholders via in-person, phone, email, and written correspondence
- Provide technical assistance to support program implementation and sustainability
- Develop and disseminate educational materials and communication resources
- Coordinate outreach efforts to promote TMaH initiatives and foster partnerships
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in maternal health
- Represent the organization at meetings, seminars, and training events
- Track grant-related information and ensure administrative procedures are followed
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in provider outreach, maternal/women’s health programs, or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Advanced education in healthcare
- Experience with Medicaid or SoonerCare
- Background in health promotion campaigns
- Grant management experience
About the Assignment
This position supports a prominent maternal health project aimed at improving outcomes through community engagement, provider outreach, and program development. The coordinator will work closely with partners and stakeholders to promote best practices and ensure the success of the TMaH model.
