SUMMARY
To assist bowlers with automatic scoring equipment and to maintain a constant cleaning pace, and to assist the control desk operator when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check with the control counter for special assignments.
- Assist customers on bowling lanes/party rooms.
- Bus concourse tables as needed.
- Clean bowling shoes/balls during downtime.
- Remove debris from the floor and carpets.
- Wipe up any wet spots/spills in the facility.
- Retrieve all gutter/foul bowling balls.
- Wipe and clean all party room walls.
- Washing and drying laundry
- Stock items in the porter area.
- Check and clean all doors.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures is preferred.
- Some knowledge of bowling center operations is preferred.
- Must be able to handle multiple customers at one time, with the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to walk, stand, and stoop for long periods of time.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 2-year work experience in the related field preferred.
NATIVE AMERICAN AND CURRENT EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE POLICIES ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL POSITIONS. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND ON-GOING RANDOM DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST.
