What You'll Be Doing

- Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications used in real-time operational environments.
- Develop highly responsive, information-rich user interfaces for mission-critical workflows.
- Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Work on systems involving live data streams, video, event-driven architectures, and connected devices.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and end users to translate real-world requirements into software solutions.
- Improve reliability, performance, observability, security, and deployment processes.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.

What We're Looking For
\n

- Strong hands-on experience developing full-stack applications.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, Angular, or similar).
- Experience building backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
- Experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple technical domains.
