Your Impact

We're looking for a driven, people-first Activation Analyst / Implementation Specialist to play a central role in how states and their workforces adopt and succeed with CHAMP's ELT and digital titling platforms. You will serve as a critical bridge between CHAMP's internal teams and state partners — leading change management strategies, enabling workforces to confidently operate new digital systems, and guiding states from legacy processes to modern, connected workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates with clarity across all levels of an organization, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.

By joining CHAMP, you will be an integral member of our team with many opportunities for personal growth. We have a great working environment that is flexible, collaborative, and welcoming. We need you to bring our team to the next level of “great”!

What You'll Do

Teach & Drive Adoption

  • Design and deliver training programs, curriculum, and learning materials tailored to different audiences (state agencies, dealers, lenders, partners)
  • Lead workshops, onboarding sessions, and hands-on live training events
  • Translate complex system processes into clear, relatable, and actionable learning experiences
  • Reinforce learning through playbooks, guides, and ongoing coaching
  • Assess readiness and adapt training strategies to meet stakeholders where they are
  • Use data to inform decisions on support provided to clients

Build Relationships & Trust

  • Partner closely with state agencies, dealers, lenders, and internal teams as a trusted advisor and connector
  • Build strong relationships by understanding stakeholder needs, challenges, and motivations
  • Help people feel confident navigating new processes and technology
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" within CHAMP to continuously improve the experience

Lead Activation & Change Management

  • Guide stakeholders through change with empathy and structure—balancing process, behavior, and people
  • Develop change management plans that include communication, training, and adoption milestones
  • Support partners through uncertainty by building confidence and trust during transition
  • Identify resistance points and help teams successfully navigate transformation
  • Use data to inform strategy and decision-making

Support Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Support activation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track adoption progress and identify risks or resistance points
  • Capture lessons learned, feedback, and evolve training approaches continuously
  • Standardize training materials, onboarding frameworks, and best practices across implementations

What You Bring

Core Experience

  • Background in teaching, training, coaching, counseling, healthcare, social services, or community engagement (education, nursing, social work, or similar fields strongly encouraged)
  • Experience developing curriculum, training programs, or structured learning content
  • Proven ability to connect with people, build trust, and influence behavior

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse audiences
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority
  • Organized and able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and priorities
  • Confidence presenting to both small and large groups

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in change management, project coordination, workforce enablement, or agency — government or public sector experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change initiatives and supporting system implementations or technology activations.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs or enablement materials for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with ELT, vehicle titling, or DMV/MVA processes is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering compelling digital presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and entrepreneurial — with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
