Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
- Mentor and support junior architectural staff
- Maintain strong client relationships and project quality standards
Ideal Qualifications
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Strong project management and leadership experience
- Retail architecture experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with industry-standard architectural software and documentation
