Maintenance Technician – Adult Care Facility

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a NYS

DOH licensed adult care facility. The Maintenance Tech ensures our building, systems, and

equipment are operating safely and efficiently, while maintaining a comfortable and

compliant living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs

- Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues

- Respond to work orders and emergencies

- Maintain compliance with health and safety codes

- Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferred

- Familiarity with tools and safety standards

- Must be dependable and physically capable of lifting and climbing

Job Type: Full-time
