Industrial Maintenance Technician

$24–$34/hour | All Shifts Available | Additional Shift Premium for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Bring your industrial maintenance experience to a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing facility where you'll work across production equipment, utilities, automation and facility systems. Pharmaceutical experience is welcome but not required, and strong industrial maintenance experience from automotive, food, medical device or other manufacturing environments can translate well to this role.

The Role

The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of production equipment and facility systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment and utilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
  • Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment
  • Monitor and support building and utility systems (HVAC, automation, etc.)
  • Assist with execution of qualification and validation activities
  • Document maintenance activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements
  • Develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related technical experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and/or facility systems, with strength in mechanical, electrical, controls, HVAC, utilities, or instrumentation.
  • Experience with PLCs/Allen-Bradley, calibration, P&IDs, GMP environments, or automated manufacturing equipment is highly valued but not required across every area.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (trade school or technical degree preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings
  • Experience with troubleshooting automated systems
  • Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed

Climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in mechanical spaces

Use of hand and power tools

Standing and moving throughout the shift
