Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using CPM scheduling methodologies
• Monitor project progress and perform schedule analysis to identify variances, trends, and critical path impacts
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule data and ensure accuracy
• Prepare and distribute schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and baseline comparisons for stakeholders
• Support earned value management (EVM) and cost-loading of schedules as required
• Identify schedule risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies
• Assist in the review and analysis of contractor-submitted schedules for compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project controls scheduling within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project scheduling software
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, and construction sequencing
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) and cost-loaded schedules is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present schedule data to diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
